Shipping & Lead Time:

Nossa Casa Goods currently only ships orders to the United States. We ship from Huntington Beach, California using USPS or UPS. Delivery times vary by carrier.

Order fulfillment time is 1-2 business days from day of purchase for in-stock items. Shipping fees will be added to your order total at checkout.

FREE Shipping on orders $150 or more. Nossa Casa Goods reserves the right to change this offer at any time.

Since we try to fulfill your order as soon as possible, we are unable to cancel your order if it has been more than 24 hours since it has been placed.

Once the package has been shipped, we are not able to reroute it. Please confirm that your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders being shipped to incorrect addresses. We are unable to provide any refunds for items that are shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Shipping & Product Damage:

In case any items of your order arrive damaged, please reach out to hello@nossacasagoods.com to file a claim within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

  • A photo of the damaged merchandise in its original packaging
  • Your order number
  • Email associated with your order

We will gladly offer you a replacement or store credit. Nossa Casa Goods cannot guarantee replacements on damaged merchandise reported after 24 hours of receipt.

 

RETURN POLICIES

We want you to be in love with your purchase. If that is not the case, we accept returns on select items within 15 days of delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please email hello@nossacasagoods.com.

Returns after 15 days may be returned for store credit only less a 15% restocking fee.

All items must be in new, unused condition with original packing and any tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure the item is adequately packaged for return as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products in transit. Returns must be received to us no longer than 30 days after initial delivery date. Once we receive your item we will process your return and a refund will be issued to either your original payment method or as a gift card.

Final Sale and Clearance items are not returnable or exchangeable and will be labeled final sale on the product description.

ALL VINTAGE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Please note our vintage products are one of a kind and they can be slightly imperfect, this is what gives them character!
